Hi! So i am back with this entry that i promised!
We set off at 8 am in the morning for breakfast and stuffs. It was already about 11am when we reached. Surprisingly, although it was a saturday, there weren't many people yet at that time. The weather was amazingly cooperative as well so the day started off pretty well! We didn't take any photos while in the water because the camera is not waterproof! So the photos below were all taken after our activities. Thank god it only began to heat up after we were done! Which explains why i could not seem to open my eyes naturally in most of the photos zz.
Took the Sentosa Express train from vivo city to waterfront station.

AND TADAAA, WE REACHED! It was a pretty long distant from the station where you have to pass by the Experiential Museum and walk further in.

Then we went to change into our swim wear! Sorry no photos because we have already put our belongings here!
Yep, there are lockers around for you to put your stuffs. Ranging from $10-20 for 3 hours (i think) to whole day respectively! For those who wear spectacles like the superboy, dont worry too because they have all these 'containers' at all activity corners for you to place it there.
Most of the activities will require you to take down your spectacles anyway.
So our first stop! We started with the lazy pool hahaha, which is just directly infront of the changing areas. Took our float (at the side which is rather obvious) and off we go!
Hmm it was ok not really that unique or anything. At some parts, the water was quite rush so it felt more fun than the others though! Along the river, there are certain areas where there will be water showering down and also waterfall. Look out for those! The only thing i dont really like about it was that there are lifeguards almost every few meters away standing tall above the ground watching like eagles. I mean it just doesnt feel right that you are playing and then somebody is watching every of your movements right.....somemore they are guys and i have to watch my attire so frequently to make sure i did not expose myself. These definitely did not help much for me to enjoy the ride throughout.
Then we went to the wavepool! Oh there are also photographers going around to help you take photos even underwater! But as usual, they were rather pricey. Even though we took but we didnt buy in the end. Hehe. Wavepool is definitely a MUST GO for me!! I think we stayed there for about an hr or so playing with the waves again and again. Haha. However, my first experience was not that awesome...
As you can see, the area is concave in. So naturally, i thought the wave will come from within so i urged the boy to swim with me to the most inner area. You are supposed to sit on the float and enjoy the waves! So we got really in and were floating around, and at that critical moment, i incidentally floated into the forbidden area. The lifeguard whistled at me to move out of the forbidden area which i intended to. So i jumped out of my float, trying to move it out before climbing onto it again and then, THE TSUNAMI SIREN WENT OFF!!!! WHICH MEANS THE WAVE IS COMING!! OMG!! I SWEAR IM DAMN HORRIFIED. I was supposed to be on my float! The waves got stronger and stronger and i had no idea where my float had drifted to. So i clinged to the superboy's float while struggling to keep myself above water T.T Although it was only 1.6m deep (which was my height), but as the waves got stronger, i can't feel the ground at all. I SWEAR I REALLY FELT THAT IT WAS A REAL TSUNAMI AT THAT POINT OF TIME AND THE SUPERBOY JUST SAT AT HIS FLOAT AND LAUGHED NON-STOP. T.T No lifeguard jumped down to save me you know!! damn angst until i realised there are people who actually went to bang the waves without any float which means its not life threathening. OK FINE. Then...i got addicted!! That explains the one hr plus there for that particular attraction!

There are no water themeparks without huge exciting slides right!!! Here is it! Tidal twister & Pipeline plunge!
Pipeline plunge has more screamings but personally i feel tidal twister is more exciting! Both has super long queue. The queues are seperated at the same stair so you need to know which rides you are queuing and dont ever hog onto two queues! Queues just make evrything not fun :( But it was not that bad like USS, because it goes rather fast!

Duelling racer. We skipped this because we need to wait for 30 minutes or so and we were hungryyyyyyy. Superboy scared think i dont know hahaha. Next time, we will definitely go for this! >:)
And the special thing about this water themepark is that there are actually snorkelling and ray bay for you to have a close touch with marine livings!
I failed terribly at snorkelling. :( Whats that the breather or something, i cannot control at all and it kept slipping out of my head! So halfway, i got to swim back with help of the lifeguard. *embarrassing* I think i was too nervous but glad i managed to catch a glimpse of the beautiful coral reefs for a minute at least! Sorry superboy, make you skipped it too ;( BUT IT IS A MUST GO OK. The fishes are so pretty! And you can really go and touch them!

Ray bay. The instructor was giving instructions and the rays are like literally swimming near the legs! There was this caucasian lady who could not resist touching them whenever they brushed past her legs haha.

I haven't mentioned all the attractions there though. Anyway, we had tons of fun there!! ^^ Head down to sentosa watercove park soon! Before it gets more & more crowded like USS! ^^
