Goodmorning!!Have been really busy with work fort he past few days and hardly had time to come onlineeee. yesh created facebook but i dont really know how to use it leh :x but i'll learn la, just saying~ sigh feel like a noob!
Anyway work has been fine. Actually i have posted a post on my work experience for the past few days but i incidentally deleted it. So yeah first day of work was like mad rush? i have no idea why the supervisor seemed to throw everything to me at one go and expect me to understand all the operations and work procedure BY THE FIRST DAY. So of course i was stressed la. Btw i am working at toofdocter serangoon now. Anyone wanna go there polish teeth or wisdom tooth operation/extraction can ask me! But i have to admit the pricing kinda expensive as compared to the others? Yeah, and second day only i broke down. Embarrassed much but not in front of the colleagues la. It was because the dental clinic for a moment flooded with all the walk in patients and those go by appointment seemed to all come at the same time. I swear i was totally (secretly) scolding each and everyone of them. ALL the staffs were already face black like charcoal and i still make so much mess. PLEASE BEAR IN MIND ITS JUST THE 2ND DAY, HOW AM I SUPPOSE TO BE OF USEFUL HELPPPP. (I only get this after crying) Anyway i didnt get scolded, just feel kinda bad for being a hindrance. And now i think i am very stress because my partner is leavin and when she left, i'll be working alone. Meaning from booking appointment, calling to remind patient, answer call enquries, handling the payments to handling medisave procedures, operate the xray machine and the list go on. Dental receptionist is a tedious job but nevertheless i really enjoy myself. And i am glad i learn new things almost everyday. And although meeting demanding and unreasonable patients can be hard to avoid, I think i already know how to handle my emotions and not be affected by them too much. :)
heheh, here's alittle update about my life once in a while. Now i am gona prepare for my tutoring laterrr~
